RESERVATION DEPOSIT:
To hold your reservation: 25% of total rent; balance is due 60 days prior to arrival date.

SECURITY DEPOSIT:
Due 1 week before arrival date.

BOOKING & POLICY FOR VILLA RENTAL

PAYMENTS:
Payment may be made in Euros or US Dollars (at current exchange rate) by Bank Transfer or Cheque.
Rates are locked in Euros at time of reservation. Rates in other currencies than Euros might vary depending on exchange rates at time of payments.

INSURANCE:
A Travel Insurance is recommended, that will protect you in the event of missed connections or cancellations, including lost deposits, as well as for health, luggage etc.

You will also need an insurance to cover your belongings during your trip, including your stay at the villa.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:
Should cancellation occur up to 120 days before departure, full refund will be granted less 100.00 Euros service charge; 90-119 days 300.00 Euros service charge; 45-89 days 400.00 Euros service charge; 45 days or less, forfeiture of entire cost. NO EXCEPTIONS. Cancellations MUST be submitted in writing, trip cancellation insurance is strongly recommended.
